Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Coins must be in the same condition as received (unhandled and undamaged).

  • Proof sets and collectibles must include the original certificate of authenticity (if provided).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or special-order coins

  • Opened or handled proof coins

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@editioncoins.store. with your order number.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Securely pack your item and ship it back to us.
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
